The majority of the time, being burned out simply means you haven't been framing tasks to be fun and exciting enough.
If you can easily bounce out of a state of being burned out into excited engaged (via TV,IG,Tiktok,Video Games, etc) then you probably weren't burned out after all.
Whether you decide to gamify your work or focus on powerful whys, changing your perspective is paramount to thriving and having leftover energy for other areas of life.
If you truly are burned out and can't snap out of it in 5min-15min, no matter what you do. Consider that rest may be the most productive thing you can do.
